Hi All,
I am kind of new to Labview so please bear with me! So I've been trying to follow a paper & the following link :
https://www.ni.com/en/support/downloads/tools-network/download.labview-biomedical-toolkit.html
So essentially I am trying to do some signal processsing to an ECG signal. The problem I am having is that I cant seem to find the following Wavelet De-Trend VI :
Instead what i did find is this : http://s8.postimage.org/jcs1oyfw5/detrend.jpg
As you can see, the connections are different. I am after a connection called trend level, as seen here : https://www.ni.com/docs/en-US/bundle/labview-advanced-signal-processing-toolkit-api-ref/page/lvwavel...
What am i missing? I am using LABVIEW 2012 by the way.
Many thanks.
Kind Regards.

The one you're looking at is from LV2009. It has apparently changed since then with the "trend level" input becoming "threshold frequency". All other inputs look the same. I'm not an Advanced Signal Processing expert but, reading the Help, it appears that the "threshold frequency" is closely related to "trend level" so you should be able to calculate an equivalent input value. LV2012 also has an example.
