Visa intialization gives error

I am trying to connect tektronix AFG 3102 to Labview Via Visa by following the instructions given in http://zone.ni.com/devzone/cda/tut/p/id/4478. i could use visa interactive control and the instrument ios showing up ID and all. But the program written in labview for creating a sine wave  is giving  Error -1074135040 . this error occurs at visa initialization itself. what this error could be?

You can get a couple of solutions to solve ur problem. If still problem persists, post again.

Are you using the drivers found here? If so, which one are you using? If you're using the second one (the non plug-and-play) you must make sure you have the IVI Compliance Package installed.
