Visa Resource and Create Modbus doesnt show my USB

Hello,

Currently I am controlling my VFD via a USB RS 422/ RS 485 with the Commix 1.4 Software. Until here everything works fine.

When I am trying to do it via Labview, the <<Create Modbus>> and then the Visa Resource Name doesnt show the USB.

Any suggestions?

Does it show in Windows Device Manager?

If it does, then does it show in Measurement and Automation Explorer?

Have you installed the drivers for the USB/RS-422 adapter?

Thank you for your reply. Yes it does appear in the device manager. It doesn't show in Measurement and Automation Explorer.

The USB came together with a CD that contains the drivers and I installed it.

With the other software it works perfectly.

Is NI-VISA installed?

Show a screenshot of MAX where the software branch of the tree is expanded.
