Ok, we figured it out! User error, as expected.
- Our use-case is for some users to get multiple Named-User seats, which lets them run LabVIEW concurrently on 2 machines.
- When LabVIEW can't checkout a Network License, it asks to activate the software (which is not presented intuitively to the end-user).
- Our user group in the VLM inadvertently included 2 extra accounts from early experimentation with the VLM + LM. Those extra accounts prevented the intended users from checking out their second license. We removed those accounts, and now everything is working.
