VISA and GPIB Card problem

Hi all

I have been using Labview plug and play for Agilent 4284A LCR meter.

Last week I took GPIB Card from old computer and put it in New computer.

After I installed it, VISA can't recognize GPIB Card.  I installed proper driver and GPIB library.

I do not know why it worked before and not after installing in new computer.

You have not mentioned you PC configurations !
Also what version of Labview you are using.
Plus what version of VISA and MAX.

Does your new PC see the GPIB card in your hardware menu ?
How old is your old PC? Are both PC's using the same OS?
Are they both using the same version of Labview?

Correct me if I'm wrong but the latest versions of VISA are not back ward compatible with all 'old hardware cards !

soultion would be to obtain a newer GPIB card if all else fails.
