The reason for that is that you have to upload the LIFA_Base on the arduino before being able to connect it with LabVIEW. The fila is located in the LIFA Folder under Firmware>LIFA_Base>LIFA_Base.ino. Open that file with the Arduino IDE and upload it on the arduino board before using labview
