Hi Everyone,
I was trying to install VI Package Manager 2019 on my PC, but this error keeps on occuring and once I press ignore, it prevents me from downloading packages from the program.
Any help is greatly appreciated 🙂

Is it possible your computer is "locked down" and you do not have Admin privileges, which means you cannot install software?
