VI that measures power consumption(HP 4155A)

can anyone help me in writing a VI for measuring power consumption
using parameter analyser 4155A.

Iam using HP 4155A semiconductor parameter analyser for setting up constant power source to the circuit.
now i have to measure the power consumption.

I would advice you look for ready-made VIs from HP. perhaps they support Labview with the 4155A and already developed something you could use...
