VI documentation first

When I select VI properties, is there a way to make the doucmention screen show up first?  Now, whenI select VI properties, the general screen always show up first.  I want the documentation screen to show up first instead.  Is there a way?

When opened the first time after starting LV, the "VI Properties" (Ctrl+I) dialog displays the "General" screen. But when it is closed it remembers the selection and will show this screen by default.

I don't know any way to change this consistent (in my opinion) behavior of LV... but I have seen a customized "icon editor" which allows to edit the icon and the documentation at once.
