VI displays error of type 4A340 in built executable (LV8.0)

Hi,

I've had this error for about a month so far. I've tried calling support but they were not able to come up with an answer.

I have a VI which includes NI-Motion, NI-IMAQ (no vision) and NI-DAQ components. This VI builds fine and works as it is supposed to. The problem is that when I build an executable it doesn't show any errors, but when run it displays the message: "VI has an error of type 4A340. The full development version of LabVIEW is required to fix the errors."

I've seen this error in quiet a few posts so far. However I'm not using NI-VISION and my hierarchy is absolutely fine and running on a fresh install of WinXP and LabView 8.0. All of the drivers are off the LV 8  installation CDs. All of my created files reside in the same directory. I'd appreciate any help with this.

Well just an update. I managed to solve the problem by installing the latest version of IMAQ for LV 8.0 which is IMAQ 3.5.1 instead of the original 3.5.0. I hope this helps someone.
