VI Server & Configuration Files

Hi everybody,

I have created an executable that uses the VI Server to embed a VI in a subpanel of the EXE. In the project with the source code, everything works correctly. I have several applications that also work correctly in the EXE and embed without problems. There are some elements that, when introduced into the VIs, cause the embedded app to break (error 1003), for example, the applications to open configuration files.

I think an EXE doesn't share globals with the VI Server, but opening ini files.... Does anyone know about this issue?

Some questions to understand it better.

1. When do you get this error 1003, while building the application or while executing the application?
2. Can you share the snippet of the error message?
