VI Scripting Property [Front Panel Window -> Open] is not listed.

Hi all,

I am trying out VI Scripting for the first time.  In example VI (Creating New VI From Scratch.vi), I can see the property Front Panel Window -> Open is used.  When I tried on my own in a new VI, it doesn't shows up that property.  

FYI:  I have enabled VI Scripting options in my LabVIEW and I'm using LV2012.

That is a method, not a property.  The Front Panel.Open property has been deprecated.
