V-I Measurements with a Keithley 6487 Instrument on LabView

Hello All,

I need to measure V-I characteristic of the silicon photomultiplier using Keithley 6487  programmable power supply. However I don't have that much experience on Labview programming before. I set up the driver for Keithley 6487 instrument. Could you recommend any useful sources to set the block diagrams for this, or share your experience on that with me?

When I reviewed the article you mentioned, I noticed that the links are out of date. Could you please share if you have any information about measuring I-V characteristic automatically using Labview with Keithley 6487?

I guess that in device drivers there is a simple VI on how to set a voltage, how to get your measurments.
