Hello,
I would like to know if its possible to use two USB-6008 DAQ devices in the same VI.
I imagine that this should be possible and should not affect my sampling rates, am I right?

You are right. You can use two devices in the same vi (infact many devices) as long as you are handling the tasks for the devices seperately if you want different sampling rate.
