Using driver for HP4275A

I've downloaded driver for HP4275A. I want to use it in a Labview program to control my LCR meter but I don't know exactly how to use it.

My goal is doing C(apacitance)-V(oltage) measurements with the HP4275A on silicon wafers (by a voltage sweep) and remote datas from the HP via Labview in a Excel file.  

Note that I'm not really good at programming...

I succeeded in communicating with the HP4275A via the driver.

Now I'm trying to build a VI to control the intern bias of the meter to do Capacitance voltage measurements...
