Using DAQ and GPIB simultaneously with laptop

Hi, I'm trying to control a GPIB instrument with
a Laptop. Also with the same laptop, I would like to
receive analog signals, so I guess I will need the
DAQ solution. Can I have both functionality with
the laptop?

Absolutely, been there done that.

I recommend a USB-GPIB device. I had great success with this when I did a laptop based system.

Check with your local sales rep for more information, they should be able to help a lot.
