Using 'Append Table to Report.vi' to save numeric data to excel

Using 'Append Table to Report.vi' to save numeric data to excel does save it as numeric data in excel and I cannot use it to do any calculations or graphs later in excel - can anybody help please - thanks Davidha

Thanks for your reply - in fact that's my thread, I didn't post the question properly the first time (my first post ever) I still don't know why the labview vi's convert everything into a format which can't be used in excel.
