User interface changes when vi / executable ported to other system

Hi,

This is Nakul. I face a problem with porting development/ exe to other platform. User Interface of my VI changes its look when ported to other PC. My development is on WinXP and other side is Win98. I tried lock panel, window sizing option but result is not positive. The control / indicators merge when VI opened. Can someone help out.
