Use Oracle database with LabVIEW

I knew DCT is not free, this we have considered and if we make executable i think only the RT Engine is enough to execute the software. Is there any issue in using DCT? Any other alternative toolkit can we use? I didn't used LabSQL till now.

I would recommend the drivers referenced in the discussion I linked to in an earlier post. LabSQL works but can have problems with string data due to its use of delimited strings to retrieve data.
