Upgraded from 8.2 to 8.5, Application builder not present

I have just upgraded to LabView 8.5 from LabView 8.2.1. I have the application builder installed for 8.2.1, and my license manager says that I have actived my application builder for 8.5. However, I cannot find the application builder in my menus in LabView 8.5. How do I make this available in 8.5? Thanks!

Building an application requires a project. This requirement has been there since LabVIEW 8.0. The tools menu you referenced was removed in LabVIEW 8.5, so you need to manually create a project, add your top-level VI, and create a build specification for it.
