According to this, you have LabVIEW 8.0 and can upconvert yourself. You are also posting in the wrong place which you have been told about before.

Then you should have explained that you were having problems with starting 8.0 and still kept your requests in a single place (in the Conversion board). Be patient. Not everyone has older versions of LabVIEW installed.
