Attached in LabVIEW 6.1, which can be opened in any newer version of LabVIEW.

A few of the VIs in that library were actually still in LabVIEW 3, and you need to have LabVIEW 4 in order to open them. Doesn't look like they were used by the main example VI in there. I converted the rest of the library to 8.2, which you can open.
