Understanding labview visa error

I am trying to do some instrumentation through labview. I can't seem to properly initialize the instrument. I am getting VISA error code 1073807360 : "VISA Clear in Agilent B2900 Series.lvlib:Initialize.vi-". Which is classified as an unknown system error (Hex 0xBFFF0000). Because it is unknown I have no idea how to go about troubleshooting it. 

Any help would be appreciated.
