Talk about feeling old! I had been using LabVIEW for 7 years, had already ventured out and completed my first foray into the world of LabVIEW consulting/contracting!

I have been using LabVIEW for over 16 years now. I always liked teh steady pay check so I haven't ventured into the land of a full time contractor/consultant.

Mark sails his boat into swells that could easily kill a person...yet going on his own is too risky.

Steady paychecks are a great thing when you have kids (and an ex-wife).

Was the last day of employment at my previous job programming in LabWindows/CVI and some C++.
The following Monday started my current job, where I use LabVIEW along with a little VB and ladder logic.
