Unable to locate the Labview Run-Time Engine

Hi everyone,

I am new in labview, and i have Labview 2021 SP1. However, i am trying to install a software called Ncdio ProXR Relay tester but it gives me the following error:

"Unable to locate the Labview Run-Time Engine

Ncdio ProXR Relay tester requiers a version 2015 (or compatible) Labview Runtime Engine. to correct this problem, please contact the vendor or download the runtime-engine from NI web site." 

So what is the possible solution for this problem.

Note: I download the driver library for the hardware i have.

Have you tried installing that runtime? The supplier of the software should have provide that to you as well, but if not you can do it yourself:
