I have a PXIe Chesis 1082 and I inserted a new card Pxie 4480 Sound and vibration module. I am unable to find the card in NI Max. What to do?

Do you see the card in Device Manager? If not, do you see some sort of "unknown device" or something else mysterious there?

the module on slot 1 of the chassis is – PXIe 8840 Embedded controller and DAQmx version in 19.5 I inserted my card in slot 2
