Unable to activate LabVIEW

I Purchased and installed LabVIEW base version yesterday. Unfortunately, when I try to activate it the dialog says there is no license associated with my User Account. I can see the order in my order history, but the view details link doesn't seem to work. Also, I received a sales invoice via email but no serial number (yes, I checked my spam folder).

Can someone tell me how to activate LabVIEW?

Is there any reason you went with base?  There's a lot of stuff you're missing.

Base contains everything I need at the moment. There is a high probability that we will upgrade in the future if the project goes the way I expect.

Anyway, I finally received an activation email. Everything seems to be fully functional.
