Have you read the manual: http://www.ni.com/pdf/manuals/371303m.pdf ?

The analog output of the 6009 is 0-5VDC, max 5mA. Your inverter expects a 0-10VDC speed control input...

Lots of things:

  • Get a different DAQ card
  • Get a different inverter
  • Get a programmable power supply whose output covers the range of the inverter, and is programmed via a 0-5V signal
  • Create a 2x amplifier to sit between the DAQ card and the inverter
  • Use it as is, and run the motor at half-speed
  • ...

That question is beyond the scope of this forum. You'd need to look at the manual for the inverter to see how to connect the signal inputs to it. If you are not comfortable or knowledgeable in this area, I would suggest finding someone who can help you.

Did you install DAQmx? Be sure to get the latest version that works with your specific version of LabVIEW: http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/B0D5630C0A50D5C6862578E800459248
