Two level table header

I need to group data in table by two parameters, and I want to use two-level header to do it. Table and Tree controls has only single-row headers. I tried to use Table edged with Tree to simulate 2nd level (see attachment), but met difficulties with cell width adjustment. Is there another way?

I'm not quite sure I fully understand. Do you mean that the location of the data in the table needs to be defined by two parameters? (i.e. column and row or something like that)

Would you be willing to provide a bit more info about your application? If we have a better idea of what we're putting in the table and how it needs to be organized, we might be able to better answer the question.
