Trouble with one VI

I would like open a VI which from labview 6.0.1 with my new version of labview 6.1 evaluation.
Labview soft tell me than evaluation is newer than the old version.
How can i open my VI please.

The file seems to already be in 6.1 format...not in 6.0, but in any case; I have attached a zip archive containing the VI in both formats.
