I bought the student version of labview and now it's telling me that it's not supported by OS X 10.12.3. How do i fix this problem?

It looks like it only goes up to 10.11. So the fix is to install it on a mac that has OSx 10.11

Do you know if there's anyway to remove an upgrade from my Mac to make it 10.11?

I don't. I don't know anything about macs except they left a button off their mouse.
There are a couple LabVIEW users on the forums who also use Macs. They may have an answer.

I would also suggest checking out the forums from Apple as well! They probably have a much better idea about how to do this.
