Trouble creating exe using GPIB

I have built a program on a Windows 2000, with a GPIB-USB-A. But when I intalled it to a Windows 95 machine, with a GPIB-PCII, the program quits. I have narrowed it down to the GPIB (VISA) part of my application. I know the GPIB card is functioning because there is an older version of the same program in the machine that still functions. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Do you have VISA installed on the Win 95 machine?

Thanks for your reply, and yes I do have VISA installed on the machine. But I did solve my problem by installing the latest version of VISA.
