Trigger

Hello,

i am sending sine,triangle wave to oscilloscope through PCI-MIO-16E-1.i
am using AO library to achieve this.now i want to send trigger to this
channel.i have connected channel zero to oscilloscope and connected
another channel to PFIO port on my card and to the trigger in of my
ascilloscope.

can any one say help me how to trigger.

You should be able to use the DAQMX trigger vi.  here you can modify your task to trigger on a digital edge (I am assuming you are using a digital edge but an analog trigger is also possible depending on your hardware), also set the source (PFI0?), now when you start the task it will wait for a trigger before it begins.
