Trigger problem

I need to trigger PFI0 in labview at a specific time (each hour). The signal is only available for collection during hh:55:01-hh:59:59. I have made numerous attempt but have failed each time. Please review the vi and description written within, maybe you can help me.

I should clarify my post. I am not looking for someone to do the work for me, I just need some ideas on how to solve the problem, outlined above and in the vi example.

I hope I understand your problem.  You can try something like the attached.  Drop untitled 2 into the block diagram attached. The second Trigger VI has the time check included (w/o the sub-VI).
