Tricky Problem: How to trigger a function by two keys pressed at the same time?

I want to trigger a further function if the cause of two pressed key is true. For example both "cursers up" and "curser left" are pressed at the same time then I will set a LED on true.

I know how it works with one key, but is it possible with two keys?
