Transfer from pc to another problem

I transfer my program to another pc, first i create the application and secondly install it on my pc and also install the run time engine. The program works right exept for the part who it communicate with my power supply HP E3634A.
it is not initialize it Why? Could you help me please.

Did you install MAX on the new PC? If you're using GPIB, is the driver installed on the new PC?

Yes, max is installed on my PC and it communicate well with my power supply.
The driver is also installed

Hello,

Are you saying that the executable does not work ok on your main computer? I can't tell from your description if you are trying the EXE on another computer, or on your main computer. You should definitely try the executable on your main computer to see if it works. If it does, then there is probably a difference in the hardware configuration between the two computers...make sure that you have the same driver version installed, that you're using the same hardware type, that you are using the correct GPIB address and/or VISA alias, etc.

You should also search the NI KnowledgeBase for more information...there are several entries pertaining to hardware communication problems with LabVIEW executables.
