Transducer data through VISA

I am attempting to read data from a transducer via the serial port.  I'm already running servo motors through serial ports successfully, but when I attempt to collect data from a transducer, labview throws the error -BFFF001E.  I have gotten data from the transducer intermittently, but I need to ensure that the transducer sends data when I want it to send data.

 

Any hints?

Both Servo motors and Transducers are interfacing throgh serial ports.So use a sequential structure.Put servo meter.vi in a frame and transducer.vi in another frame.

Can you share working details for your devices. Upload the VI in 2011 format.
