Timing errors-non diagram component

I am compiling code for NI5840.

In the code ,I am having multiple SCTL's of different clocks.(100MHz,40MHz,60MHz) and with streaming code of NI.

Without streaming code, compilations are successful.

With streaming code, I am getting timing errors 100MHz also. It is showing "non diagram element".

I have  put 5 compilations for the same VI. 

All 5 got timing errors. But those timing errors are different from each other.

what is meaning of non-diagram element?

My code is taking  almost 90% of total slices. Does it affect the timing?
