i solved the problem accessing to the file as a spreadsheet file, reading data as string! 🙂

I'm at a loss to explain why, but it appears that for some reason the express read VI is not reading (or using) your t0 (Line 19, X0) value from the .lvm file. This is what is causing the milliseconds to always be zero.
I've modified the VI again as a test to see if you can retrieve the t0 and dt values correctly from the data file. If so, you can use this information to calculate what you need for timing. I also attached a screen capture for comparison.
I never use Express VIs and had not seen this issue before.
