Timed sequence synchronization

Hi!

My problem is that I want to synchronize 2 signals that I get from each frame which can be seen in the attached file. I want it to also do this continuously .

can somebode explan to me how the timed sequence work exactly, will appreciate if somebody makes an easy VI file which I can understand the concept of how a timed sequence works.
