Time between 2 peaks

Hey guys, good morning.
I need to calculate time between 2 peaks and it isnt working fine.

Can you help me?!

Im using NI USB-9221, with 2 channels.

I need to calculate the time between peak(12 volts) of channel 1 and channel 2.
