When I send an executable to another computer the text label alignment is off. Please see attachment for example.

Hi,
Have you by any chance checked the "Maintain proprtions" option in the VI properties? if so untick it and build your exe. It will be fixed..

They look like different fonts and different sizes.
Any chance you are running two different operating systems such as XP vs. Win7?

Yes, Target computer is win 7 and development computer is XP

That is the problem then.
Read that link I sent. And search for Windows and font and you might find other threads where the issue was discussed.
I think the solution for you will be to define the application font in your LabVIEW.ini file, or in the application's .ini if you build it into an executable to be a specific font and size such as Tahoma 13 (double check that size) so that it will match the default font that LabVIEW uses on an XP machine.
