This error is probably indicative of a timeout issue, so I would suggest looking over our support page on VISA timeouts at:

I am not sure what parameter 3 is for your instrument, so I would suggest contacting Tektronix to see if they can shed some light on parameter 3, and also if they have some suggestions on how to fix this error. It may be a common mistake in using their scope.
