Michael,
You can use import/export feature of SCF editor. First create sample ta
g in SCF editor, then export sample tag to text file and then import it into spreadsheet application, say Excel.
Create your tags in excel in appropriate columns and format and export
it back to text (tab delimited, as far as I remember). Finally import it
to tag editor.
This is basic procedure and may be you'll have to play around. You can
also try to use ServerExplorer to export tags to text from OPC server,
but as far as I understand, your server does not have browse feature :o(
.. I was used it for the same purpose last year.
