Tag Options not available in DSC Module

I have installed the Labview Developer Suite.  When I go to Tools>>DSC Module>>  there are no options for tags listed.  No 'Show Toolbar' or 'Configure Tags' or 'Monitor Tags'.  I tried to do a reapir on the DSC module from Add/Remove programs, but it prompts for the NI Labview Datalogging and Supervisory Control Module CD.  It can't seem to find this from my DVD's.  Is there a way to turn this functionality on?

when you are talking about tags, I guess you are familiar with DSC versions prior to 8.x.
Since LV DSC 8.x the handling of the DSC module has changed completely.

To get an idea how it works now open the NI manuals folder and search for "DSC_Getting_Started.pdf"
