TPC 2106t

Hi,
I tried to improve display driver as we can read in http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/8483a1a765455acf862571cb005a7d44. So I startup the TPC-2106T whit the CF and at the end I received the message saying I need to remove the CompactFlash and reboot. I turned off the TPC, I removed the CF and I turned on the TPC and the screen didn't switch on.... I tried again with the CF but I cannot see anythink. What can I do?

Hi Fabio

Did you verify the effective version by selecting Start»Programs»Utilities»TPC Version Information? What about it?

Matteo

Hi,

I'd like to do it, but when I power it the screen doesn't work. If I connect the ethernet or the usb I cannot see the TPC even if my PC tries to dialog with it. I think that when I used the CF the upload came to a bad end. Now I'd like to upload the TPC with the original BIOS (I don't know where I can find it)... What do you think about?

It's possibile the CF is not compatible with the TPC?

thanks a lot

Hello Fabio

So, your are saying that after trying to perform a display driver improvements you are not able to connect with your TCP?

As you seen in document you selected, you have to strictly follow the instructions. For example regard the CF it must have a minimum 256 MB free total space. Maybe you can try to use another one or repeat all the step verifying exactly all the passages.

Hello Matteo,
I know that it is strange but it is true... I swicth on my tpc and it worked. Once I upgraded the system, I had to reboot it and I did it. After this the monitor was black but I think that the TPC is working. If I try to repeat the upgrade operation I have the same result.

So I'd like to load the standard driver...
