TCP(UDP) connection with Blackfin

I was just curious about the solution to this problem.

I'm reluctant to move to LV2009 (From 8.6.1) untill I know this is the FULL solution for the problem. I seam to have the same issues

-TCP or UDP Read don't honor timeouts. ( as a mater of fact "TCP Wait On Listener" doesn't work either)

-Parallel loops with TCP in timeout, block execution.

Does LV2009  have the fix.

     We weren't able to track down exactly what change in the TCP stack corrected the issue but this functionality did work in 2009 in this case. If you want to make sure before you upgrade, you can find the 2009 evaluation copy of LabVIEW for Blackfin here (http://joule.ni.com/nidu/cds/view/p/id/1372/lang/en). It will be a limited trial but it should give you enough time to satisfy that the issue has been resolved or not.
