TCP Read Stream.vi is missing in Connectivity FTP

TCP Read Stream.vi is missing i when i use Get File.vi in Connectivity -> FTP

Internet Toolkit correctly installed?

We have the full development site licence.  we have recently uppgraded from labview 8.2 to Labview 8.5. I did not do the installations so i do not know  the installation procedure, but all other vi's seem to be in the library.
