Synchronizing analogue and digital outputs

Hi all,

     I am trying to write two sets of data, where one is analogue and one is digital. But when I am running the VI, both the channels are not getting synchronized and the signals are having a time delay in between. I have attached the VI, expected output and the output that I am getting. 

Can anyone point me in the direction of some examples that might help me or suggest solutions to this problem? Any help would be gratefully received!
