Synchronization issues (data acquisition with different sampling rates)

Using a NI PXI-e 1078 with 5 cards.

I'm trying to assign different sampling rates to each card, but there is a problem with the synchronization; every channel was fed the same square wave.

I think I understand your problem.  The Waveform Graph doesn't display things with the right delta t right?  That makes sense from the help file Displaying Multiple Plots on Waveform Graphs

Convert the array of wfm to array of cluster of x, dx, y[]
